Keep good inquiries from going quiet.

When your team is busy, a promising request can sit in an inbox while the customer keeps looking. Email Lead Follow-Up gives eligible new inquiries a standard email sequence and gives your team a clearer next action.

The first reply is only part of the job.

A customer may request an estimate, miss a call or need time to decide. Without a consistent process, follow-up depends on whoever remembers the conversation. A simple pipeline helps your team see where requests stand. A standard email sequence can keep the conversation open while staff tasks make the human work easier to identify.

A defined process your team can maintain.

We configure a simple lead pipeline, a standard email follow-up sequence and staff tasks. We agree the entry conditions, approved messages and the reply or completion conditions that stop follow-up. Your team responds to customers and keeps status current. This service supports that routine; it does not independently produce estimates, book field crews or manage another company's software.

Example: follow up after an estimate request.

A homeowner submits a request and your team has not yet completed the conversation. An eligible contact can receive the approved follow-up while a task reminds staff to respond. When the configured reply or completion condition is reached, the sequence stops. The exact workflow is agreed during setup.

Illustrative example. Your setup follows your approved business information and scope.

The package, explained in full

A practical fit when inquiries are being collected but staff follow-up varies. Good records and a staff member responsible for responses are essential.

Email, AI and other provider usage are separate, with agreed rates and a spending limit. Custom workflows are $150/hour with your approval. What happens before this goes live

  1. Define the lead stages

Tell us how inquiries enter the business, who responds and what marks a request complete. Supply approved business information and eligible contact rules.

  2. Approve the sequence and stop conditions

Review the standard messages and staff tasks. We manually configure and test the workflow, then confirm the setup schedule and any provider usage charges.

  3. Keep the pipeline current

Your staff handles conversations and updates lead status. Changes to estimating software, external systems or custom workflows require a separate approved scope.

Questions before you choose

Does this handle responses for us?

Your team handles customer conversations, estimates and decisions. The standard sequence and tasks support follow-up; ongoing reply handling is not a managed service included in this tool.

Can it connect to our field-service software?

External estimating and field-service integrations are separately scoped. We confirm the supported workflow before promising a connection.

Is this the same as an email campaign?

This tool supports a standard follow-up sequence for eligible new inquiries. A promotional email or monthly newsletter is a separate prepared campaign, priced at $200 per campaign or $200/month for one newsletter, plus approved usage.
