Help past customers remember when service is due.
Customers can intend to book maintenance and still forget. Repeat Service Reminders uses the service-due dates your team maintains to send standard emails with a clear route to book or request service.
Repeat business needs accurate timing.
A customer may not remember the date of the last visit or know when to arrange the next one. Your team may have that information but no consistent reminder routine. A date-based process gives eligible customers a useful prompt. It depends on the quality of your records: the system cannot infer a reliable due date from incomplete service history.
Turn your service dates into an agreed reminder process.
We configure standard email reminders around a service-due date maintained by your team, with a link to book or request the right service. Your staff keeps dates and customer eligibility current and handles the response. Connections to outside scheduling or field-service software are separately scoped. This tool supports the repeat-service routine you define rather than deciding what service a customer needs.
Example: prompt the next seasonal maintenance visit.
Your team records the next service-due date after an eligible maintenance visit. The standard reminder follows the approved schedule and points the customer to the agreed booking or inquiry route. Staff confirms the actual work and updates the record when the visit is completed.

Most useful for businesses with genuine repeat-service intervals, eligible customer records and a staff member responsible for keeping dates accurate.
- What this service covers
Includes one standard email reminder sequence for one recurring service schedule, using a service-due date supplied and kept current by your team. We configure the reminder timing and a link to book or request service. After the visit, your team updates the next due date. Only eligible contacts are enrolled, and opt-outs are respected. Connecting Jobber, another scheduling system or additional service schedules requires a separate scope. Email delivery is billed separately under your approved usage arrangement.
- Standard setup and activation
Your CRM subscription starts at checkout. RankSprk manually configures and tests your tools before activation. We confirm the setup schedule after receiving your business details, access and approvals. Standard setup is included. Email, AI and other provider usage are separate, with agreed rates and a spending limit. Custom workflows are $150/hour with your approval. Email and SMS campaign preparation is $200 per campaign, or $200/month per channel for one monthly campaign, plus approved usage.

Questions before you choose
Will the tool work out when every customer needs service?
Your team supplies and maintains the service-due date and eligibility rules. The standard tool follows those records; it does not diagnose equipment or reconstruct missing service history.
Are SMS reminders included?
The standard tool uses email. SMS, custom workflows and outside scheduling connections require a separate approved scope and usage arrangement.
Can a reminder link to booking?
Yes, the standard reminder includes a link to book or request service. The separate Booking & Email Reminders tool provides one defined online calendar when that fits your process.
