Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to RankSprk website plans, monthly services, launch fees, add-ons, support items, and related service purchases. RankSprk is a website and digital marketing brand operated by Wattier Marketing LLC.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

This guarantee covers a new Essential, Business, Growth or E-commerce website-plan order purchased through a checkout displaying this guarantee. Renewals and separately purchased services are not covered.

You have 30 calendar days from the date of your initial purchase to request a refund for any reason. RankSprk must receive your request by 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the 30th calendar day after your purchase date; the purchase date is day zero. Design approval or website launch does not shorten this window. Delays in providing information, completing the build, or launching the website do not extend it. Monthly installments, renewals, and add-on purchases do not restart the window.

To request a refund, email billing@ranksprk.com before the deadline. Identify yourself and the covered order, and state that you are requesting a refund under the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee. You do not need to make a phone call, give a reason, or accept another revision first. A request received within the window remains eligible if reviewed or processed after the deadline.

For an eligible request, RankSprk will cancel the covered website plan, refund 100% of the RankSprk website-plan fees paid for that order, and release you from future payment and term obligations for that plan. Optional services already provided and disclosed third-party costs are excluded, including advertising, domain registrations, premium licenses, carrier or usage fees, and taxes that cannot be recovered. Each excluded cost must have been disclosed before you approved it. No processing fee or charge for website-plan work is deducted from the covered website-plan refund.

RankSprk will arrange the refund through the original payment method promptly after confirming eligibility. Payment-provider posting times vary. The covered website and related hosted services may be disabled after cancellation; website ownership and source files do not transfer. Nothing in this guarantee removes any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Launch Fees and Setup Work

Outside the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, launch fees, setup work, onboarding, planning, configuration, project preparation, design work, content work, technical setup, and completed work are generally non-refundable once work begins.

Monthly Services

Outside the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee, monthly website plans, add-ons, hosting, support, care, reporting, CRM tools, automations, and related recurring services are generally non-refundable for billing periods that have already started or services already made available.

Support Blocks and One-Time Items

Support blocks, training sessions, extra edit time, setup work, and other one-time services are generally non-refundable once scheduled, started, delivered, or completed.

Which Orders These Terms Cover

These revised website-plan terms apply only to new orders placed through a checkout that presents these terms for acceptance. Existing orders keep the terms accepted for those orders unless RankSprk and the customer expressly agree to a change in writing. Publishing this policy does not change an existing order. Nothing in these terms removes a statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

Website Plan Term

The website plan begins at purchase with an initial 12-month term, billed monthly. At the end of each 12-month term, it automatically renews for another 12 months unless non-renewal notice is received before the current term ends. Website fees continue to be billed monthly. New standard orders do not offer annual prepayment. Stopping service during an agreed term does not by itself waive the remaining monthly payments for that term. A qualifying 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee refund cancels the covered website plan and releases future payment and term obligations. Existing customers retain the terms they accepted unless a change is expressly agreed in writing.

Automatic Renewal

After the initial 12-month website term, the website plan renews for another 12 months at its accepted price unless canceled before the current term ends. It remains billed monthly. Each service renews for the same term length it was purchased for: 12 months for website plans, six months for marketing programs, and one month for monthly add-ons. Your accepted order authorizes its disclosed recurring charges. Optional CRM, Care and website tools renew monthly. Optional RankSprk SEO & AEO and RankSprk Targeted Landing Pages follow their separately accepted six-month service terms, including when selected at website checkout. We disclose and obtain approval for any new or changed paid scope before charging it.

Ownership and Access

RankSprk owns the website. Your plan includes its use, hosting, and ongoing management while the service is active. Website-plan payments do not transfer the website or source files to you. You keep ownership of materials you independently own and provide.

Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.

Add-Ons

The website-plan money-back guarantee does not refund disclosed third-party costs or optional services already provided. Future CRM, Care and website-tool charges stop when those monthly add-ons are canceled. Separate growth services follow their own accepted terms. CRM, Care and website tools can be canceled independently at the end of the paid monthly period. Separate growth services follow the six-month terms below. Any non-waivable refund rights remain available.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, we notify the account billing contact and may retry the payment. Optional website tools have a 7-day grace period before suspension for nonpayment. Website suspension requires RankSprk review rather than automatic deletion. We retain account and customer records according to the Privacy Policy and applicable obligations. Pausing service does not erase amounts already owed or change the service term. Contact us promptly to resolve an incorrect charge or update payment details.

Other Refund Exceptions

The 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies as stated above. Any refund outside that guarantee or another right stated in the Order must be approved in writing by RankSprk or Wattier Marketing LLC. Approved refunds may exclude processing fees, completed work, third-party costs, pass-through costs, and amounts already earned.

Website Plan Non-Renewal Notice

Email billing@ranksprk.com with your business name, account email and the service you want to cancel. Notice is effective when received; no phone call is required. We confirm the service end date in writing. You may send website non-renewal notice at any time during the current term, effective at that term's end. We must receive it before the term ends to prevent the next 12-month renewal. No separate 30-day advance notice is required for website plans. Marketing services retain their separately disclosed 30-day notice requirement.

Refunds Outside the Money-Back Guarantee

Except for a complete, timely 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee request, launch fees, setup work, monthly service fees, add-on fees, support blocks, content work, SEO work, activation fees, third-party costs, and completed work are generally non-refundable once work begins.

Outside the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee and any non-waivable statutory right, prepaid services, unused monthly edit time, unused support time included in a monthly plan, and partially used billing periods do not roll over or result in refunds unless RankSprk agrees in writing.

Any refund outside the 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee or another right stated in the Order must be approved by RankSprk in writing.

Add-On Cancellation

CRM, Care and website tools may be canceled before the next billing date, effective at the end of the current paid period, without canceling the base website plan. Before a bundle changes, we confirm the remaining tools and new recurring total for your approval; we do not silently replace a canceled bundle with individually billed tools. Separate six-month growth services require 30 days' non-renewal notice before their term ends. Email billing@ranksprk.com and identify the service. We confirm the effective date. Ending the website plan also ends tools that depend on its hosting.

Marketing Services

RankSprk SEO & AEO is $499/month for one active RankSprk website, one main local market and one eligible Google Business Profile. Each paid service month includes 5 new targeted pages, 1 planned improvement to an existing page, 2 approved Google Business Profile posts, scheduled SEO health checks and a report in RankSprk CMS. The six-month plan contains 30 distinct new pages, 6 existing-page improvements and 12 posts. Setup covers verified business facts, local search priorities, on-page and indexing foundations, and connection of one Google Search Console property, one GA4 property and one eligible Google Business Profile. We also review Bing Places presence and help with owner verification. Weekly automated website checks and a monthly profile accuracy check identify issues for review. Up to 60 minutes of minor technical SEO corrections per month are included when needed, separate from website editing time, with no rollover.

RankSprk Targeted Landing Pages is $99/month and is available to every website buyer. It includes 5 new pages per paid service month, totaling 30 over six months, with page-level SEO checks and a publishing record. It does not include managed analytics, ongoing technical SEO, existing-page improvements or Google Business Profile posts. SEO & AEO already includes these new pages; the two services are alternatives, not cumulative purchases.

When selected at website checkout, SEO & AEO is a recurring $499 monthly charge, or Targeted Landing Pages is a recurring $99 monthly charge, on the same Stripe subscription as the website. Billing starts with the initial purchase and continues monthly on the website billing date. There is no standard marketing setup fee. The initial marketing commitment covers six monthly billing periods from purchase, with one allocation of five new pages per paid service period. Publishing begins after the website, verified business information, required access and approved content plan are ready. We confirm the publishing schedule during setup and identify unresolved requirements in the CMS. If setup or delivery is held, we confirm any affected billing changes, credits or revised scope before restarting held work. Before service work begins, contact billing@ranksprk.com to request a refund of unused marketing fees.

Each service renews for another six months unless written non-renewal notice is received at least 30 days before the current term ends. We send reminders 60 and 45 days before renewal showing the price, renewal date, notice deadline and cancellation instructions. Notice after the deadline applies to the next term unless we agree otherwise or applicable law requires otherwise. A renewal needs a new approved content plan; it is not permission to invent business facts or publish unreviewed content. If delivery is not ready, we confirm the revised schedule and any affected charges or credits with you.

During setup, you approve accurate business facts, permissions, content and scheduling. RankSprk approves the production work before scheduled execution. The CMS can publish approved content and posts, collect available metrics and flag exceptions. Changed source, edited content, revoked access, payment issues or failed checks can pause affected work for review. Planned page improvements are based on the approved audit and plan; later performance findings may lead to separately approved plan amendments. We do not promise unattended changes without review. Reports are generated on the first of the month and refreshed when delayed data is available. Missing data is labeled; clicks, visits and inquiry records do not prove completed jobs or revenue.

Paid pages remain on your active RankSprk website after the marketing service ends. The website plan's hosting, ownership and export terms continue to apply. Ending the website plan ends hosting of those pages. Customer-owned materials and available records remain yours; these services do not transfer the proprietary CMS or source. Advertising spend, paid research tools, additional locations, major development and custom CRM workflows are excluded. Additional work requires approval at $150/hour or a separate written quote.

New pages must provide distinct, useful information about actual services and genuine service areas. Rankings, indexing, search or AI citations, traffic, inquiries and revenue are not guaranteed. The website plan's 30-day money-back guarantee applies to website-plan fees; these optional services follow the separate marketing-service rules above, without limiting non-waivable rights. Existing customers retain their previously accepted prices, pilot eligibility, billing dates, inclusions and terms unless a change is expressly agreed.

Advertising fees and cancellation

The 30-day website-plan guarantee applies to website-plan fees. Advertising management and one-time campaign fees are separate. If you cancel an advertising service before RankSprk starts its work, its unused initial management or coordination fee is refundable on request. Once work starts, fees for work performed and the current management period are not refundable except for billing errors, a written agreement or applicable law. If eligibility or access prevents activation, contact us to review completed work, any unstarted scope and the appropriate refund or credit; no unavailable campaign is treated as launched.

Monthly advertising management can be canceled before the next renewal and ends after the paid period. It does not inherit the website or SEO commitment. One-time campaign fees do not renew. Advertising spend and vendor refunds are governed by the relevant provider; RankSprk does not collect or promise refunds of those outside charges.
