This Website Services Agreement explains the general terms that apply to RankSprk website plans, monthly website services, add-ons, support items, and related digital marketing services. RankSprk is a website and digital marketing brand operated by Wattier Marketing LLC.
Your selected website plan includes only the deliverables, limits, pages, support, monthly edit time, and add-ons listed for that plan at checkout or in writing. Services outside the selected package may require a separate quote or written approval.
Website plans may include a one-time launch fee plus recurring monthly billing. By purchasing, you authorize recurring billing for the selected monthly website plan and any selected recurring add-ons or services until cancelled according to the applicable terms.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate business details, service information, service areas, logo files, brand assets, images, product details, legal disclaimers, access credentials, approvals, and feedback needed to complete the project.
Estimated timelines depend on the selected package, selected add-ons, client response time, content readiness, access details, and project complexity. Delays in providing information, approvals, images, logins, or feedback may delay launch.
Each website build includes one main revision round before launch unless otherwise stated in writing. Additional revision rounds, major layout changes, extra pages, extra sections, custom functionality, integrations, content creation, or a major change in direction may be quoted separately.
Monthly edit time can be used for small updates or small new sections on existing pages, subject to the selected plan limits. Unused monthly edit time does not roll over unless agreed in writing.
Add-on setup is included when selected with a new website plan. Add-ons added later may have activation fees. Texting, calling, AI, carrier, phone number, email, premium plugin licenses, and third-party usage costs may be billed separately depending on volume or project needs.
RankSprk builds and maintains the website during the active agreement. Ownership transfer terms depend on the completed agreement, payment status, and account standing. Any transfer or release of files, access, licenses, or assets must be confirmed in writing.
If payment fails or an account becomes past due, website support, hosting, add-ons, CRM tools, automations, reporting, or other services may be paused until the account is brought current.
RankSprk builds SEO-first websites and local growth systems designed to improve structure, visibility, trust, and lead opportunities, but rankings, traffic, leads, sales, and business results are not guaranteed.
Any custom scope, ownership transfer, special pricing, refund exception, cancellation term, or agreement change must be confirmed in writing.

Website plans are monthly payment plans tied to a website service agreement. The launch fee and monthly payments are structured to reduce the upfront cost of the website build and spread website build, hosting, maintenance, support, updates, and service obligations over the agreement term.
Unless a different term is stated in the signed order, checkout summary, invoice, or written agreement, the initial website service term begins on the date of purchase and continues for the term stated in the customer’s selected agreement.
Customer may request non-renewal by providing written notice at least 30 days before the end of the then-current term.
Cancellation of a website plan before the end of the initial term does not automatically waive unpaid amounts, remaining monthly payments, completed work, third-party costs, or other amounts owed under the agreement unless RankSprk agrees in writing.
Unless cancelled according to this agreement, monthly website plans, add-ons, SEO packages, support plans, and other recurring services automatically renew for the next billing period.
Customer authorizes RankSprk and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for recurring monthly fees, selected add-ons, applicable taxes, usage costs, activation fees, support blocks, and other approved charges.
RankSprk may send renewal, billing, failed payment, or cancellation notices by email to the customer email address on file.
Customer is responsible for keeping billing information and contact information current.
Customer may request cancellation by providing written notice to RankSprk at least 30 days before the next renewal or billing date.
Cancellation notices must be sent by email to billing@ranksprk.com or by mail to Wattier Marketing LLC at the mailing address listed in the customer’s agreement, invoice, or written account documents.
A cancellation request must include the customer’s business name, contact name, email address, phone number, and the service or add-on being cancelled.
Cancellation is not effective until received by RankSprk. Verbal cancellation requests, text messages to personal numbers, social media messages, or informal conversations do not cancel service unless RankSprk confirms the cancellation in writing.
If cancellation notice is received less than 30 days before the next renewal or billing date, the service may renew for one additional billing period, and cancellation will become effective at the end of that following billing period.
Add-ons may usually be cancelled separately from the website plan unless the add-on is part of a bundle, active project, custom agreement, or required to support another purchased service.
Customer must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing date to cancel an add-on.
If notice is received less than 30 days before the next billing date, the add-on may renew for one additional billing period, and cancellation will become effective at the end of that following billing period.
Cancellation of an add-on does not cancel the website plan. Cancellation of the website plan may also cancel related add-ons, CRM tools, hosting, automations, reporting, tracking, forms, or other connected services.
If a payment fails, RankSprk may attempt to charge the payment method again.
If the account remains unpaid, RankSprk may pause or disable website support, hosting, CRM tools, automations, call tracking, reporting, booking tools, lead forms, add-ons, or other services until the account is brought current.
RankSprk is not responsible for lost leads, missed messages, website downtime, search visibility changes, or business losses caused by failed payment, expired payment method, customer billing issues, or paused services.
Launch fees, setup work, monthly service fees, add-on fees, support blocks, content work, SEO work, activation fees, third-party costs, and completed work are generally non-refundable once work begins.
Prepaid services, unused monthly edit time, unused support time included in a monthly plan, and partially used billing periods do not roll over or result in refunds unless RankSprk agrees in writing.
Any refund exception must be approved by RankSprk in writing.
Written cancellation or non-renewal notice may be sent by email to billing@ranksprk.com or by mail to Wattier Marketing LLC at the mailing address listed in the customer’s agreement, invoice, or written account documents.
A cancellation notice should include the business name, contact name, email address, phone number, service to cancel, and requested cancellation date.
For agreements with an initial term of 12 months or longer that renew for more than one month, RankSprk may send a renewal reminder by email before the cancellation deadline.
The reminder may include the renewal date, renewal cost, cancellation deadline, and cancellation procedure.
Customer remains responsible for tracking agreement dates, billing dates, renewal dates, and cancellation deadlines.
