Monthly website edit time can be used for small updates or small new sections on existing pages.

It can include text updates, image swaps, button/link updates, review updates, contact info updates, small formatting cleanup, and simple new sections added to existing pages.

It does not include new pages, full redesigns, blog writing, SEO campaigns, targeted landing pages, CRM changes, automations, booking setup, custom integrations, or major layout changes.

Unused monthly edit time does not roll over.

You can buy extra website edit time when needed.

Monthly Support Plus adds 2 extra website support/edit hours per month for $130/mo. No monthly support time rolls over.

CMS Backend Training is a basic walkthrough after launch. It does not include advanced CMS training, visual builder design training, plugin configuration, custom development, SEO strategy, automation setup, CRM training, or training for unlimited staff.

RankSprk may limit client access to protect the website, design system, forms, automations, tracking, and core settings.

Additional CMS Training is available for $100/hr with a 1-hour minimum.

CMS training cannot be used for CRM support, custom development, advanced visual builder design training, plugin setup, or automation setup.

The launch fee helps cover the upfront work needed to plan, build, configure, test, and launch your website.

This includes setup, page structure, basic SEO setup, tracking setup, mobile review, form testing, and launch support.

Your monthly website plan keeps your website hosted, updated, protected, supported, and ready to grow.

It includes hosting, updates, backups, security checks, basic support, and monthly website edit time based on your selected plan.

After payment, RankSprk will follow up with your website intake steps. We will collect your business details, services, service areas, logo, brand assets, website access details, images, content, and any add-on information needed to start the build.

Full website intake happens after payment. The checkout page only collects basic contact and billing information.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate business information, service details, service areas, logo files, brand assets, images, access credentials, product details, legal disclaimers, and approvals needed to complete the project.

RankSprk can help organize and improve content, but larger copywriting, photography, legal content, product entry, or content cleanup may cost extra.

Each website build includes one main revision round before launch. This can be used for reasonable changes to the current build direction.

Additional revision rounds, major layout changes, new pages, new sections beyond the selected package, or a major change in direction may be quoted separately.

Website timeline depends on the selected package, selected add-ons, client response time, content readiness, access details, and project complexity.

Delays in providing content, approvals, images, logins, or feedback may delay the launch timeline.

Each website plan is built around a monthly website agreement. The agreement keeps the upfront launch fee lower and spreads the website build, hosting, updates, support, and care into a monthly plan.

The exact agreement terms, cancellation requirements, and renewal details are confirmed in the Website Services Agreement before payment.

RankSprk builds and maintains the website during the active agreement. Ownership transfer terms depend on the completed agreement and account status.

Any ownership transfer must be confirmed in writing.

AI Website Assistant: Up to 25 FAQs/service answers. Normal AI usage is included within the listed assistant scope. Advanced AI workflows, high-volume usage, custom training, or premium AI costs may cost extra.

AI Assistant + Booking: 1 calendar. Normal AI usage and basic booking handoff are included within scope. High-volume usage, advanced AI workflows, SMS reminder volume, custom training, or premium AI costs may cost extra.

Missed Call Text-Back: 1 phone number and 1 missed-call workflow. Normal SMS usage is included within package limits. Extra numbers, high SMS volume, carrier/compliance requirements, or unusual usage may cost extra.

Online Booking System: 1 calendar, 1 location, up to 3 appointment types. Basic reminders are included. Extra calendars, SMS reminder volume, staff routing, custom reminders, or advanced workflows may cost extra.

Lead Follow-Up Automation: 1 follow-up sequence, up to 5 messages. Normal SMS/email usage is included within package limits. Higher message volume, extra sequences, advanced branching, AI usage, or compliance-related costs may cost extra.

Simple CRM Pipeline: 1 pipeline, up to 6 stages. Extra pipelines, advanced sales process setup, bulk cleanup, or custom CRM configuration may cost extra.

Payments, Estimates & Invoices: Basic setup only. Stripe or payment processor transaction fees are separate and are not included in RankSprk monthly pricing.

Google Review Growth System: 1 review request workflow and 1 display section. Normal email/SMS usage is included within package limits. High-volume review requests, extra workflows, or custom review campaigns may cost extra.

Call Tracking & Reporting: 1 tracking number and normal call tracking usage. Extra tracking numbers, high call volume, call recording, advanced reporting, or phone/carrier usage may cost extra.

Reporting Dashboard: Standard RankSprk dashboard. Custom reports, advanced dashboards, extra data sources, or unusual data cleanup may cost extra.

Bundle limits inherit the usage limits from each included product.

Email Campaigns are sent through RankSprk CRM / HighLevel to a permission-based list provided or approved by the client. Each campaign includes basic planning, copy, layout, sending, and a 21-day report.

Each email campaign includes campaign planning, email copy up to 400 words, 1 subject line, preview text, a standard branded email layout, client-provided images, up to 3 links/buttons, 1 recipient list/segment per send, 1 test send, 1 revision, sending through RankSprk CRM / HighLevel, normal email sending usage within listed limits, and a 21-day campaign report.

Each email campaign includes a simple report delivered 21 days after the send. We wait 21 days because opens, clicks, replies, and follow-up activity can continue after the email is sent. This gives a clearer picture than reporting immediately.

If multiple campaigns are sent in the same month, reports may be combined into one monthly email campaign report after the final campaign has had enough time to collect data.

Normal email sending usage is included up to the package limits. Larger lists, extra sends, email validation, list cleanup, custom design, advanced segmentation, SMS follow-up, phone usage, AI usage, or unusually high usage may cost extra.

RankSprk does not send to purchased, scraped, rented, or non-permission-based lists. Clients are responsible for confirming they have the right to email the contacts they provide.

Email Campaigns do not include advanced segmentation, custom email design, A/B testing, automation sequences, list cleanup, large imports, SMS follow-up, or non-permission-based lists unless quoted separately.

Each campaign must include proper sender information, required footer details, and an unsubscribe option.

SEO services improve structure, content, and visibility, but rankings, traffic, leads, and sales are not guaranteed.

Local SEO packages do not include backlink outreach, advanced technical SEO rebuilds, large content migrations, full redesigns, daily GBP posting, unlimited revisions, video content, photography, or custom reporting unless quoted separately.

Clients may receive limited CRM access based on the tools purchased.

Most clients can view leads, update contact details, add notes, move leads through a pipeline, and respond to messages if enabled.

RankSprk manages advanced CRM settings, automations, workflows, forms, tracking numbers, integrations, AI settings, and billing settings to help prevent accidental changes that could break lead capture or follow-up.

CRM-related add-ons include a basic handoff walkthrough for the specific tool purchased.

Monthly CRM Support is available for $130/mo and includes 2 CRM support/training hours per month with no rollover.

CRM Support Block is available for $140 one-time and includes 2 additional hours of basic CRM help.

Extra CRM Support is available for $75/hr, billed in 30-minute increments if needed.

Some requests may require a one-time fee if they go beyond the selected package. We will confirm any extra cost before doing the work.

If your project needs several extra pages, forms, sections, or advanced setup items, we may recommend moving to a larger website package instead of stacking one-time fees. This usually gives you a better value and keeps the project cleaner.

Small updates or small new sections on existing pages can use the monthly edit time included with your plan. New pages, larger design changes, custom functionality, premium plugins, advanced integrations, and larger content requests are quoted separately.

Add-ons can usually be cancelled separately from the website plan unless they are part of a special agreement, active bundle, or project already in progress.

Customer may request add-on cancellation by providing written notice at least 30 days before the next renewal or billing date. Late notice may renew the add-on for one additional billing period.

If payment fails, website support, hosting, add-ons, CRM tools, automations, reporting, or other services may be paused until the account is brought current.

Launch fees, setup work, monthly service fees, content work, support blocks, and completed work are generally non-refundable once work begins. Any refund exception must be approved in writing.

Normal usage is included within the listed package limits. Some tools use phone numbers, SMS, email, AI, call minutes, payment processing, compliance registration, or third-party systems. Larger usage, extra phone numbers, extra sends, extra minutes, email validation, AI overages, payment processing fees, premium plugin licenses, special compliance requirements, or unusual usage may require an upgrade or be quoted separately.

RankSprk does not require most clients to add their own HighLevel usage card for normal package usage. If a client's expected usage is unusually high, RankSprk may require an upgraded package, usage deposit, direct billing setup, or written approval before enabling the service.

A2P 10DLC, carrier, phone number, or messaging compliance requirements may delay setup and may require additional verification, documentation, or fees depending on the client's business, message type, and carrier requirements.
